Account Executive
You'll own deals from demo to close, working with mid-market and enterprise support teams who are ready to replace legacy helpdesks with AI-native infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract close
- Lead discovery and demo calls, adapting to each prospect's support workflow
- Work with the founding team to refine ICP, messaging, and objection handling
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast with accuracy
What we're looking for
- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals (ideally $20k–$150k ACV)
- Comfortable selling into operations, support, or CX buyer personas
- Strong written and verbal communication — you write your own outbound
- Self-starter who can operate without a playbook
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling AI or automation tools
- Existing relationships in fintech, logistics, or e-commerce support teams
