Product Designer
You'll shape how support teams and end-users experience AI — from the widget that customers type into to the dashboard where agents review escalations.
What you'll do
- Own design from concept to shipped component across the product
- Conduct user research interviews with support team leads
- Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure design quality in production
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work, not just marketing designs
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems thinking
- Experience designing for complex data-heavy dashboards
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component-based design
- Prior experience designing AI or conversational interfaces
